Responsibilities:
・Plan and drive the development of the Cloud Data Governance Framework in close collaboration with other internal stakeholders such as Legal, Compliance, IT Governance/Security
・Plan, perform and follow-up the Cloud data compliance process with the data owners, stewards, and custodians in the context of the Cloud Data Governance Framework as a prerequisite for the data migration to Cloud
・Support the adaption and inclusion of the Cloud Data Governance Framework into the Digital Data Governance/Management Framework
・Manage the Group’s firm wide data governance & data quality data management roadmaps, including necessary IT solutions and external services
・Lead stakeholders in their data migration assessments and activate the relevant downstream subject matter experts
・Point of contact for questions concerning cloud data governance from internal and external stakeholders
・Train and mentor teams and internal business units in data input, use, meaning, and analysis

Technical Skills;
・Approximately 5 years of experience of Cloud governance activities
・Approximately 5 years of experience with Data Management, such as daily operations of a data analytics and reporting
・Experience of Operational Risk and associated regulations
・Familiar with IT in general and Cloud technologies specifically (SaaS, Public & Private Cloud)
・Ability to define, document, initiate, educate, and communicate new processes and plans across multiple teams
・Experience of people management

Soft Skills;
・Ability to build and sustain relationship with individuals at all levels of firm and leverage this to achieve work-related objectives
・Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to lead effectively across internal and external organizations and virtual teams
・A talent for being able to influence and build mindshare convincingly with any audience
・Proactive, self-starter with strong business analysis skills - understanding business impacts and proposing solutions with the ability to translate data into insightful business intelligence
・Flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity
・Must have Business English and Japanese skill
