We are the engineering team in Japan Business Services (JBS) in our Group, a leading company in the industry having the largest global presence among Japanese financial institutions. Our mission is to contribute to the promotion of DX in cooperation with Business users, with agile development of ""Made in Japan"" quality utilizing the latest technology. Engineers are flexibly involved with a wide variety of in-house development and projects. Communication within the team is in Japanese and sometimes in English as it is made up of multinational members.

JBSエンジニアチームでは、RPAテックリードを募集します。
テックリードとしての役割：
・RPA利用ユーザ、関連チームとの調整と要件決定
・RPA開発見積もりと開発プランの作成・管理
・RPA開発者が作成する設計書・ソースコード・テスト結果レビュー、本番リリース監督
・本番環境稼働RPAの問題や問合せ対応の取りまとめ
・チームの開発環境の改善
・共通的に使える部品や方法論の提案、適用
・RPA利用部署への定期的な開発状況・問題・リスクの報告、利用部署との定期ミーティングの主催
・ITガバナンスに沿う開発・本番運用保守プロセスの作成・運用（プロダクションサポートチームとの役割分担の取り決めを含む）
・マネジメント向け管理、運用状況の定期的なレポーティング作成

JBS engineer team is looking for RPA Tech Lead.
Expected Role & Responsibilities:
・Coordination with business users and other teams to define requirements, facilitate communication
・Create estimation and schedule of each RPA development.
・Conduct code review, design review, test outcome review, runbook review and supervise production rollout.
・Manage production query, issues.
・Improvement of development environment for team
・Prepare common functions applicable across the team
・Prepare methodologies for further effective and productive development/production rollout in RPA team
・Run regular meeting with RPA users/relevant teams to keep updating issues/risks/progresses in RPA development/operation
・Establish policy of RPA development/testing/prod rollout/prod support complying with IT governance including discussion with Production Support team to define role and responsibility.
・Create RPA operation report on regular basis to report to IT management.

●必須要件：
・RPAの開発・運用経験（2年以上）もしくはRPA開発チームのリード経験（1年以上）
・SQLやRDBを利用した開発経験（3年以上)
・フロントエンドシステムの開発経験
・高いコミュニケーションスキル
・日本語はビジネスレベル、英語は日常会話レベル

Required:
・RPA development experience (over 2 years) or RPA development team lead experience (over 1 year)
・SQL and RDB development (over 3 years)
・Front-end systems development
・Strong communication skill
・Japanese: Business level, English: Daily conversation level
