仕事内容

We are seeking a Markets Specialist to perform a variety of account and sector coordination and operational tasks for Strategy and Transactions service line. As a Markets Specialist, you will act as a central point of contact within Strategy and Transactions service to support multiple key stakeholders including Management, Partners, and Managers to develop and manage account and sector activities in the Strategy and Transactions service line, and work with other functions (BMC, Talent, etc) across Japan and APAC in enhancing cross service line and cross border collaboration.

●Job Description
・Support Strategy and Transactions service Markets Leader on various go to market and framework building initiatives
・Support Strategy and Transactions service partners to plan and track revenue and strategic plan
・Develop and/or maintain reports and communications for assigned Account/Sector to track pipeline/revenue and other activities
・Manage Account/Sector team list, and map relevant our subject matter experts
・Collaborate with Global Account Manager, Market Segment Manager and/or other functions in Japan and APAC to cascade information and knowledge from Global/APAC/Japan to Strategy and Transactions service leaders and team
・Act as the point of contact for the Global and Japan team regarding Strategy and Transactions service
・Timely provide data as requested by Strategy and Transactions service leaders with the goal of highlighting useful information, and supporting decision-making process
・Liaise with executive assistants to coordinate Account/Sector meetings on a regular basis
・Assist in preparation of meeting materials and follow up on action items
・Manage internal budget codes and ensure correct usage
・Support internal pursuit funding process
・Manage the CRM process which includes consulting the team to correctly record and update opportunities throughout the sales cycle
・Manage external research databases
・Manage credential list for Japan Strategy and Transactions service line
・Other operational ad-hoc tasks: relationship search, credential search, etc

必要スキル

●Requirements:
・Communication skills with advanced level Japanese and English
・Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Power Point in particular)
・Ability to pay attention to other’s expectations and provide support proactively
・Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work to handle multi-tasks
・Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
・Ability to deliver high quality output unsupervised and ability to juggle conflicting demands
・Self-motivation to fill a gap in lack of required skills
・Strong interest in B2B business and capital market
・Flexibility (At EY remote work and flexible work are both available, but you may be requested to work late night or early morning to join a global call)

●Nice to have
・Knowledge of any CRM systems and office management systems and procedures
・Planning and budgeting skill
・Project management and negotiation skill with superiors
・1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in account management and/or the sales process in B2B field
・Experience in other the Big4 consulting firms
