As a Manager within our Enterprise team, you will be responsible for handling end to end discretionary investment management (DIM) operations including reporting. You will also work closely with relationship managers to ensure that client receive high quality client service through updates and timely responses to operational requests as well as ongoing client service on operational requirements for Japanese clients who invest in our private or public funds.
You will also work towards deadlines to deliver a report to our clients and liaise with the wider team to resolve any discrepancies to ensure all regulatory compliance requirements are followed.

With a tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Economics, Accounting or Finance, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, ideally in operations or client support function for an Asset Management firm, trust or bank. You will have an understanding of client onboarding processes, regulatory reporting and an understanding of Japanese domiciled discretionary investment management process.
