Details of the Division and Team:

As one segment of the Investment Bank, our O&A (Origination & Advisory) business provides the full range of products and services of a leading global investment bank. Our clients include large-cap and mid-cap corporate, financial institutions, governments, government agencies and financial sponsors.

Our team, Capital Markets Japan, delivers fund/capital raising services to Japanese clients in particular and focuses on cross boarder transactions.

・Key responsibilities:
-Originate loan and bond transactions; Structure solutions around clients financing requirements, including M&A and general corporate purposes
-Due diligence of clients and markets; All facets of trade execution for bond and loan deals
-Supporting legal documentation
-Participation in marketing efforts, leading preparation of client presentations and pitches
-Handling day to day client queries on all execution related matters

At least 8 years of relevant capital markets experience

Candidate needs to be fluent in Japanese and English

Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multi task

Strong communication skills and ability to articulate to demanding clients

Possess a list of clients where you can bring transactions
