仕事内容
*Financial analysis and modeling of real estate assets
-Underwriting (incl. cash flows, sensitivity analyses, IRR analyses)
-Valuations
-Strategic Planning (Hold/Sell)
-Take lead role in creation and review of financial models
-Assume responsibility for the accuracy, quality and consistency of analysis
-Train other team members in financial analysis and modeling
*Assist in asset management of acquired properties assuming increasing levels of responsibility to handle assets independently as experience increases
-Evaluate performance of investments
-Review monthly and annual budgets and reporting
-Negotiate with tenants & 3rd parties as appropriate
-Track compliance with internal and external (e.g. lender) requirements
-Monitor property and property manager performance
-Assist in the review and analysis of legal documents and other materials as part of on-going property oversight.
*Develop and implement disposition strategies to maximize exit value, including vendor selection and oversight
*Coordinate/support production of Investor Reports.
*Providing administrative support to team as needed
*Preparation of closing documentation and filing

必要スキル
*Firm understanding of financial concepts, analysis and modeling
*A few years of real estate experience
*Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field with 1-2 years of experience
*Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
*Must be independent worker and well-organized and team player
*Japanese native speaker required with good conversational English ability preferred.
