|仕事内容||***** provides the business with a clear and consistent framework to assist them in identifying, measuring and managing enterprise risk, operational risk, information security, corporate security, personal and physical security, SOX compliance activities, etc. thereby reducing associated losses and customer service failures and protecting the company’s reputation.
・The position contributes to identifying and managing enterprise/operational risks, and provide necessary guidance to the business about the risk control and preventative measures.
・Supports the ongoing efforts to implement operational risk management procedures relating to the division’s key initiatives such as operational risk management reporting and analysis.
・Reviews and monitors the issues laid out in the Operational Risk Management Chart including reviews of developments, operating manuals/documents, etc.
・Reviews operational risk assessment with the business to determine and advise the adequate level of controls. Also, test and verify if the controls are implemented as in risk assessment.
・Where necessary, supports the implementation of security projects (both information risk management and corporate security & investigation related matters).
・Where necessary, supports operational incidents reporting and work with incident owner to identify root cause, solution, preventive measures, and ensure completion of remedial actions.
・Interprets operational risk management policies, standards, and other requirements, and assists the business with the implementation of these.
・Proposes new approaches that will allow more effective execution of operational risk management initiatives.
・Supports the program to increase the employee operational risk awareness, including designing, developing, or delivering of operational risk management awareness program for the business, agent staff, and management.
