- Engage in sales activities
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide ETF Education trainings
- Present ETFs in front of internal clients as well as external clients

You work with Head of ETF sales Japan to promote our ETFs to both internal and External clients which includes creating marketing materials and establish good relationships with not only investor clients but also business partners such as local stock exchanges, custodian banks and distributors etc.
You are an experienced ETF sales specialist with a strong track record and more than two year experience in the Asian ETF market or Foreign Equity business. You will be working closely with internal clients of our Group to establish our ETF Business in Japan.

- Proven track record in sales positions, preferably in the ETF business with client book in Japan
- Strong sales and coordination skills (e.g. on marketing activities)
- Good communication and influencing skills
- Knowledge of Bloomberg and Morningstar; prior experience with CRM applications would be a plus
- Ability to develop a sales plan and implement it successfully
- Ability to consolidate customers’ needs and communicate them to manager
- Native level in Japanese language and excellent proficiency in English; German seen as a plus
- University or University of Applied Sciences degree in Business Administration (or similar) required, other certificates or diplomas would be an advantage
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities
- Well organized with the ability to manage time-lines autonomously and deliver under time pressure
- Client-oriented team player
- Web based marketing knowledge seen as a plus
- JSDA Securities Broker Representative License seen as a plus
