- Outstanding academic credentials from top institutions, working towards an advanced degree (MBA or Master’s Degree) with prior 1-3 years of work experience,
or 3-5 years of work experience after an undergraduate program
- Interesting life and work experiences; strong quantitative skills, not necessarily with financial or investment backgrounds
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in English as well as Japanese language, to interact with our counterparts and clients in Japan
- Willingness to be based in Tokyo, Japan post the rotational program as part of the institutional sales team
- Flexibility, with a strong desire to learn and succeed
- A self-directed person, able to manage workload effectively and complete tasks under demanding timelines and with competing priorities
