Proactively manage team and ancillary areas within company to build deal cases
Act as primary contact for customer and partner queries and concerns
Lead, structure, and perform negotiations for contractual terms and agreements
Build relationships with potential partners and customers
Able to maintain, introduce, and/or create necessary network or partners, vendors and external investors for deal-making
Manage existing stakeholders to ensure obligation and rights in all contractual agreements are met
Manage operating projects to ensure satisfactory performance of plants are met
Entrepreneurial attitude to lead team, prepare and advance projects within company and commercially with other partners, to result in successful investment decisions

Skills and Experiences スキル・経験

Able to work independently and lead a team to execute renewable projects, ultimately focusing on country business development as a whole
BtoB sales experience for Japanese industrial customers
Business network in Vietnam and Southeast Asia
Experience in strategic partnerships, M&A transaction, infrastructure project development, project management preferred
Experience in solar or other renewable energy industry and enthusiastic about renewable energy
Project Finance experience, Finance background and cash flow modelling experience preferred
Experienced in MS office

・プロジェクトファイナンスやキャッシュフローモデリングの実務経験、またファイナンスのバックグラウンドをお持ちの方
・MS officeでの業務経験
