1.Responsible for head-office reporting
●Lead monthly/ quarterly / ad-hoc reporting requirements to head office on IFRS basis. Understand instruction from the group and make necessary coordination within and outside Finance. Make necessary checks and validation for the inputs
●Create and analyze Solvency II reporting. Closely work with teams outside Finance
●Analyze financial results and create reports to senior management in ADJ as well as overseas
●Participate various calls with regional and head office
●Contribute to further improvement of current process more systemization, digitization, robust straight-through process

2.Lead various ad hoc projects
●Lead new IFRS accounting standards implementation/ adaptation projects.
●Lead various ad-hoc projects

3.Provide insights related to IFRS
●Respond to various inquiries related to IFRS accounting

＜必須要件＞
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Management/Business or related academic field.

Technical skills
●Good analytical and problem solving skills
●Solid understanding of IFRS accounting and their interpretation
●Strong commands of English (understand instruction from the group, write analysis, and make presentations in English etc.)
●Microsoft Excel

●Aim to work in an international environment for one of the major insurance group in the world (AXA Group)
