●Responsibilities
当ポジションでは、仕組商品の開発チームに参画し、BI技術で仕組商品及び株ビジネスのデータの分析、可視化及び、業務プロセスの効率化、アプリケーション開発、メンテナンスを担当していただきます。業務を通じて、BI技術の経験、仕組商品を中心とした金融の業務知識、英語を使った業務経験を得ることができ、また、担当業務とは別に、スキルの向上のための機会も準備されています。例えば、部内ではオンラインの技術トレーニングが受けられたり、毎月最低10時間を自己研鑽に割り当てたりすることができます。

This position is to work on business data analysis and visualization with BI tools, business process automation and application development/maintenance for structured product business and equity business. Through the responsibilities, you will be able to gain experience in BI tools, financial knowledge especially on structured products, and in working using English. In addition, opportunities to improve skills are provided e.g. online training access, spending minimum of 10 hours per month for self-training.

・リリース手順、仕組の作成・実施
・本番システム及びユーザサポート

Expected responsibilities
- Introducing BI tools and performing business data gathering, analysis and visualization
- Business process automation
- System development and maintenance for web applications, document generation applications and VBA tools, built with C#, Angular, Python (Django), F#, SQL Server, VBA etc.
- Agile development
- Communication with users and business analysis
- Improving CI/CD environment
- Implementation of release procedures and mechanisms
- Support in production systems and users

●必須要件
・SQLやRDBを利用した開発経験（3年以上)
・C#またはJava、Pythonの開発経験（3年以上)
・高いコミュニケーションスキル
・日本語はビジネスレベル、英語は日常会話レベル
