The position is within Finance Production Services team in Japan, providing IT support for a wide range of critical Finance applications used by our company to meet all of its financial obligations. The role offers the chance to work with a variety of technologies including Sybase, Oracle, Linux, Ansible, and Jenkins.
We are looking for someone with broad IT experince who has the key attributes needed for this role including a pro-active mindset, strong communication skills, the ability to learn and pick up new knowledge quickly, the willingness to work hard and see a task through to the end.
Training will be provided in the areas required for the role including business functions, application unctionality and architecture, tools, support processes.

●必須要件 Mandatory：
・開発またはサポート業務におけるIT経験（2-4年）
・ネイティブレベルの日本語能力
・ビジネスレベルの英語能力 (社内でのコミュニケーション、文書作成のスキル)
・高いコミュニケーション能力を必要とする分野での経験
・高度な分析的思考と問題解決スキル
・Windows, Unix, LinuxのOS業務経験
・データベース、SQLの業務経験
・フォーマルな文書作成経験
・基本的なITILの知識（インシデント管理、プロブレム管理、変更管理）
・プレッシャーの多い環境の中でマルチタスキングに対応できる能力
・ユーザーやステイクホルダーからの要求に対応する能力及び経験がある方

・2-4 years of IT Experience in a development or support role.
・Native level Japanese.
・Intermediate level English (able to speak to colleagues, read support documentation).
・Experience in an area requiring strong communication skills.
・Track record demonstrating strong analytical skills.
・Working knowledge of Operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux)
・Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
・Experience in creating formal documentation.
・Basic understanding of ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change and Release management).
・Ability to multi-tasking under pressure
・Strong customer / stakeholder management experience.

・シェルスクリプト、Python, Perl等の使用経験
・Autosysの知識
・ITオートメーションの知識と経験

・Strong scripting skills (e.g. Shell Scripting, Python, Perl)
・Knowledge of Autosys.
・Knowledge and experience in IT automation
