Key responsibilities to this role are as following.
主な職責は、次の通りです。

・Active contribution to the evaluation of tools, solutions or approaches
・Build common components for business processes simplification, consolidation and rationalization
・Challenge the status quo and maximize opportunities for digital innovation and transformation
・Coaching and supervising business line developers for transformation.
・Contribute to maintenance and adherence to governance and operating model
・Develop relationships with business line SME’s to support their efforts and identify opportunities
・Digital Transformation Culture Development via training to business users on digital tools / new technology
・Establish accountability and ownership of solutions in case we develop for the business line
・Maintain documentation in line with minimum standards
・Maintain JIRA EPIC’s, and stories to facilitate monitoring and planning
・Provide transparent and clear updates as part of daily scrum calls - be advisory as needed
・Propose transformation opportunities to Regional leads

・ビジネスのためにソリューションを開発する場合、ソリューションの説明責任とオーナーシップを確立します
・最低限の基準に準じて文書を維持します
・監視と計画を容易にするために、JIRA EPICとストーリーを維持管理します
・毎日のスクラムコールに、アップデート情報の提供や必要に応じて助言します
・各地域リーダーに変革機会を提案します

●Required
・5+ years IT development experience
・Python development experience (over 2 years)
・Data ETL / Data Engineering experience (over 3 years)
・SQL and RDB development (over 3 years)
・Can deliver solutions via Agile and/or hybrid approach to meet business demands quickly
・Quick learner on new technology and willing to challenge new things, can actively learn and become proficient in digital tools we deploy.
・Team player - bring the requisite skills and capabilities to the role whilst respecting those of others in the team.
・Strong communication and inter-person skills
・Japanese: Business/Native level, English: Daily conversation level

●必須要件
・5年以上のIT開発経験
・2年以上のPythonの開発経験
・3年以上のデータの抽出、変換、読み込みまたはデータエンジニアリングの経験
・3年以上のSQLとRDB開発経験
・ビジネスの需要に迅速に対応できるようにアジャイルおよび / またはハイブリッドアプローチを介してソリューションを提供できる
・新しいテクノロジーを迅速に学び、新しいことに挑戦する意欲があり、尚且つ、積極的にデジタルツールを習熟することができる
・チームプレーヤー − チーム内の他の人のスキルと能力を尊重しながら、役割に必要なスキルと能力をもたらす
・高いコミュニケーションスキルと対人スキル
・日本語はビジネス / ネイティブレベル、英語は日常会話レベル

●Preferred
・Experience working in Finance industry
・Experience on Digital Transformation, Data visualization, Data virtualization
・Project Management or BA experience
・Digital Tools experience　− Alteryx, Power Query, Power BI, Tableau etc.
・RPA Tools experience　− UiPath, Power Automate etc.
・Databases　− Denodo, Sybase, Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL etc.
・Programming languages　− Java, C/C++, R etc.
・Git, Jira, Confluence, Office 365, Kintone etc.
・Cloud, Linux, Windows etc.
