●Job purpose
Responsible for feasibility study support, mechanical design and technical problem-solving from Mechanical Engineering standpoint, in pursuit of creating a higher valued product by cooperating with other Engineering functions, EMS, JDM and ODM partners.

他のエンジニアチームやEMS、JDM、ODMと協力しながら、より価値の高い製品を作り出すためにフィジリティスタディサポート、メカ設計、メカ視点からの技術課題解決を行う。

●Job responsibilities
・Interpretation of business requirements to actual & realistic specifications for Mechanical Engineering.
・Evaluation of mechanical design, assembly methods and materials by testing prototypes for new products.
・Development of key manufacturing processes by taking initiatives in problem-solving against technical restrictions, barriers and problems.
・Preparations, Implementations and reviews (incl. reporting) for various type of testing and evaluation for new components, prototypes, and test samples.
・Proactive and continuous activities to acquire advanced mechanical technologies that may be applicable to future our products.
・In support of improving engineering capabilities for manufacturing partners.

●Working experience as a mechanical engineer in the electronics industry (over 5 years)
●Actual experience in mechanical design/engineering for consumer-type AV/IT products (i.e. TV, Digital Camera, Tablet, Note PC, Audio device etc.) by using mechanical 3D CAD software
●Knowledge and experience for injection molding, die casting, metal stamping and surface treatment (painting, plating, coating, anodizing etc.)
●Knowledge and experience for LCD module design.
●Well experienced in managing industrial design projects
●Have basic financial knowledge, and actual experience to lead cost reduction
●Creative thinking, attitude to be out of the box, and have strong interest in new technologies or IT trends
●Experiences in global communications in English.
●Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills to work with internal engineers and staffs, project managers, senior managements and other external stakeholders such as ODM/EMS partners or component suppliers

●エレクトロニクス業界において、3D CADで民生品の機構設計経験5年以上
●射出成形、ダイカスト、金属スタンピング、表面処理（塗装、メッキ、コーティング、陽極酸化など）の知識と経験
●LCDモジュール設計の知識と経験
●製品設計プロジェクトのマネジメント経験
●基本的な財務知識およびコストダウンの経験
●クリエイティブな思考や常識に囚われない姿勢、新技術やITトレンドに強い興味があること
●グローバルな環境において英語でのコミュニケーション経験
●他のエンジニアチームや社員、PM、上位層、およびODMやEMS、サプライヤーと協働するための優れた対人コミュニケーションスキル
