・Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions using PowerBI as the primary tool, with additional experience in other BI tools such as QlikView, QlikSense, etc.
・Design and implement complex data models to support reporting and analytics requirements.
・Handle and analyze big data using technologies such as pyspark, Python, SQL, and other relevant tools.
・Utilize Azure Synapse to manage and optimize big data processing and storage.
・Work with Azure DevOps and automation tools to streamline BI development processes.
・Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
・Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards to present data insights to stakeholders.
・Perform data analysis and provide recommendations for improving data quality and performance.

●Skills
・Excellent communication skills in Japanese, both written and verbal. Proficiency in English is a plus.
・Strong understanding and hands-on experience with PowerBI is a must-have requirement.
・Familiarity with other BI tools such as QlikView, QlikSense, or similar tools is desirable.
・Solid experience in handling big data using pyspark, Python, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
・Good exposure and hands-on experience with Azure, specifically with Azure Synapse.
・Proficiency in Azure DevOps and automation tools for managing BI projects.
・Proven experience in developing complex data models and building interactive dashboards.
