Responsibilities:
What you’ll dothe
Development and execution of strategic initiative of the digital assets business subsidiary (below are examples of your mission)
・Execution of strategic initiatives
(JV, alliance, strategic MA, launch new business lines)
・Research activity
(Market/peer/regulatory research)
・Business development
(Create industry network)
・Support on corporate tasks
(Budget Management, supporting corporate function members)

デジタルアセット子会社グループにおける事業戦略の企画・立案ならびに執行 (以下は業務の一例です)
・戦略的取り組みの執行
(JV設立、業務提携、戦略出資案件、新規ビジネスラインの立ち上げ等)
・リサーチ業務
(市場・業界プレーヤー動向・規制動向)
・事業開発
(業界ネットワーク構築)
・コーポレート業務サポート
(予算策定/管理、コーポレート・メンバーのサポート)

Mandatory：
・Capability to communicate in English (including Listening and Speaking) at business level
・Experience using powerpoint, excel, word at job
・Strong interest and passion to digital asset business, including crypto asset
・ビジネスレベルの英語でのコミュニケーション能力(リスニング・スピーキング含む)
・パワーポイント、エクセル、ワードを業務で使用した経験
・暗号資産含む、デジタル・アセットビジネスへの強い興味・関心

Preferred：
・Job experience in investment banking/management consulting/strategy planning for 2+ years
・Can work on dynamic projects with positive mindset
・Passion to obtain first-hand experience in digital asset business and grow as professional in strategy
・Passionate to create new business in finance industry leveraging organization, while accepting certain limitations not applicable to pure startup
・投資銀行/経営コンサルティング/経営企画における業務経験2年以上
・日々状況が移り変わるミッションに対して、前向きに取り組める方
・多岐に亘る業務を通じ、デジタル・アセットビジネスの実務経験と、企画/戦略人材としてのスキル/専門性を積んでいきたいという熱意のある方
・組織をレバレッジし、金融業界における新しいビジネスを創出したい意欲のある方。また、実現に向けては、純粋なスタートアップとは異なる制約が存在することを受け入れられる方
