大規模PMO（プログラム管理オフィス）の一員となり、クライアントの組織に対してMESリーダー及び単一窓口の役割を果たし、MESポートフォリオを維持する
営業、設計、製造、およびITチームのエンドユーザと緊密に連携して、PMOチームが設定したビジネスニーズや構想にあったMESソリューションを特定し提供する
技術チームと緊密に連携して、ビジネス要件がPMO /顧客要件に沿った機能ソリューションに確実に変換されるようにする
POC（概念実証）を特定して参加し、ソリューションとPMOの目標の整合性を保つ
コミュニケーションに優れ、日本のビジネス環境/文化に素早く適応することが求められる

Candidate will be part of a Large PMO (Program Mgmt. Office) and will be the MES Leader & SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for Client’s organization and will hold the MES portfolio
Work closely with end users of Sales, Design, Mfg., and IT team to identify and delivery MES Solutions aligned with business needs and vision set the PMO Team
Works closely with the technical team to ensure business requirements are translated into functional solutions in-line with the PMO/customer requirements
Identify and participate in POCs (Proof of Concepts) and ensure solutions are in-line with PMO goals
・ Candidate should be very strong in communication and should be quick in adapting to Japanese business environment/culture

2. 製造実行分野にて.NETプラットフォームを使用した既製品に対する十分な知識
3. Apriso FlexNetで画面設計及び構築の経験
4. Apriso Business Integrator及びMachine Integratorの使用経験
5. 製造工程及び関連するITシステムに精通している
6. 要件収集/ユースケース定義の経験がある
7. L2、L3、及びL4レベルを通じて製造アプリケーション統合の概念をよく理解している
8. 優れたコミュニケーションスキル及び分析スキル
9. 人の管理及び事務的能力に優れている
10. チームや顧客とやり取りするための英語及び日本語が堪能
11. クライアントと直接対話できる

1. .NET または J2EEの経験

1. Apriso製造管理（AprisoまたはRockwell FTPC、Simatic ITなどの個々の場合でその他MESの完全導入経験）
2. Apriso Process Builder、SQL、Javascriptの知識
3. OPCおよび制御システムへの統合の経験
4. ERP統合経験

[Must-Have]
1. Experience in implementing Apriso or similar MES with minimum 1 full cycle deployment
2. Good understanding of COTs product with .NET platform in manufacturing execution space
3. Experience in designing and building screens in Apriso FlexNet.
4. Experience in using Apriso Business Integrator and Machine Integrator
5. Extremely good understanding of the manufacturing processes and relevant IT systems
6. Experience in Requirements Gathering/Use case definition
7. Good understanding of manufacturing application integration concepts across L2, L3 and L4 levels.
8. Good communication skills, analytical skills
9. Good people management and administrative skills
10. Well proficient in English and Japanese to interact with our Team and Customer
11. Direct Interaction with Clients
12. Business Level English/Japanese (JLPT 3〜）

[Good-to-Have]
1. .NET or J2EE experience
2. MES Consulting and/or Pre-Sales Experience.
3. Exposure to modules such as Production, Quality, Order Management, Plant Performance, Inventory etc.
4. Knowledge of industry leading standards like ISA95 or MESA
5. Experience in managing MES Implementations, Global Roll out and support programs
6. Excellent project management skills
7. Experience in direct interactions with Offshore Team as well as Customer side
8. Mfg Engineering, Plant Automation, Plant operations, Mfg / Industry knowledge
