仕事内容

●In charge of potential hotel acquisitions including contacts and negotiations with the seller
●Underwriting and due diligence of hotel acquisitions, co-working with third-party professionals
●Responsible for creating valuations for potential assets
●Recommend investment strategies/timing
●Closely work with the other departments for structuring, financing, and closing for potential acquisitions.

必要スキル

●Minimum of 3 years experience in acquisitions, or asset management of the hospitality related assets
●Knowledge of the hospitality industry (e.g. Uniform system of accounting etc.)
●Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint Skill
●Billingual
