【Role】
●Responsible for supporting Deployment lead, Change management lead, Integration lead and other lead roles in their planning and
To conduct Hands-on tasks incl. Issue tracking/Issue list update, Risk monitoring/Risk map update, Progress/Deliverables tracking/status report documentation.
To update leads on the progress and issues.
To make minute of meeting, meeting arrangement, etc.
To manage members’ working hours (Time management)
To help members use Project standards (Methodology, Templates, Checklist, Tools etc)
To set up and maintain the project tools.
●Responsible for document management incl. T-room document portal setup, version control.
●Responsible for all the administrative tasks incl. expense claims, hotel booking etc.

必要スキル
【Must requirements】
●Bilingual skill (Native level Japanese/Business level English for Speaking/listening/writing/reading)
●6+ year experiences as PMO at SAP project experience for pharmaceutical/ chemical/ life science sectors.
●Hands-on capability including Documentation
●Communication skill, Good Interpersonal skill and flexibility
●Physical, mental toughness

●Presentation skill
