＜Primary＞
●Production of our research and presentation materials required by management necessary to support investment thesis.
●Research market trends related to our products, and liaising with research institutions, brokerage firms and other sources of information and recording and reporting the results.
●Assistance with investment memo’s presentations, analysis, prospectus and pitch books as may be reasonably by the Company.
●Evaluating market data, perform site visits
●regularly communicate with the Senior Officers, as the case may be, on research results, issues and events and status of relevant developments and acquisitions

＜Secondary＞
●Assisting in the updates and amendments with the Senior Officers and key Japan executives of the Company, the marketing strategy and business development strategy for the Company in Japan and targets related thereto
●Assisting with the compiling of the our data base of competitor activities, leasing rates, cap rates, development yields, and prices and related
●Assistance in translation of Japanese/English to presentation materials

●四年制大学卒以上
●英語ビジネスレベル
●2〜5年程度の不動産投資業界または金融業界でのマーケティングリサーチ業務に携わった方
●excel, word, PPT , illustrater
●自分で物事を考えながら構築出来る方
