・Support/lead resolution of client inquiries and requests on a practical level
・Handle the every output of reporting to meet client requirements
・Take ownership to complete required RFP/RFI from prospects,consultants and clients, and organize its prpcess based on close communication with other team including overseas offices
・Update internal databases in a timely manner by retrieving related data/info from relevant team
・Collect, store and update key info/data as to various products including performance data,original pitch books,standard DDQs, Factsheet,prospectus etc. by retrieving it from overseas if necessary.
・Collect, store and update key info/data as to business of Group/Japan Office including group/company profile,AUM,people,organization chart ect. by retrieving it from overseas offices if necessary, and prepare slides and charts for RFPs etc

・At least 5 years’ experience in asset management companies(e.g.client service or RFPs/RFIs management)
・Familiar with Outlook,Excel,Word,PowerPoint, Internet browser,Bloomberg
