he Tokyo CTS Core Corporate and Compliance IT group is a part of global team responsible for providing business solution, support and ensuring stability for the organization.

Level 3 (L3) team work as subject matter expert (SME) and it involves interaction with L1/L2 production services team to support business users. Also interface global application team and business users and cross-regional project teams identifying and prioritizing the business needs and ensuring deliverables are meeting user expectation. In addition, implement new system with new technologies (FinTech or AI) are important for our team.

Responsibilities:
●　Business and system flow analysis,requirement gathering, documentation, and project support
●　Act as SME for trade flow
●　Investigate production issues which are escalated to L3 team
●　Hold recurring meetings with users and global and/or local application team to clarify requirements and decide priority
●　Manage projects which are relatively small in size (less than 6 man months effort)
●　UAT coordination

●　Strong interpersonal communication skills
●　Good written and verbal English and Japanese language skills
●　Ability to multitask and handle time pressure
●　Strong sense of problem ownership and the ability to prioritize well
●　More than 5 years of experience working in the financial industry
●　Must be a team player and have passion for improvement

Essential:
●　Experience in Compliance technology in financial firm
●　Knowledge of front to back business process in financial firm
●　DB skills using SQL (SYBASE, Oracle etc)

The Candidate with more interest to FinTech or Artificial Intelligence (AI) is more welcomed.
