仕事内容
●日本株のアナリスト業務
● Fundamental analysis and continuous coverage of companies quoted on Japanese stock exchanges. Daily analysis of information from various sources.
● Identification of new investment ideas and submission to japan equity team and also to Global equity team
● Development of forecasts for earnings,balance sheet and cash flow analysis for companies under coverage;stock valuation
● Communication of analysis and research conclusions in company notes and the team’s research meeting
● Support senior team members in model building
● General contribution to the efforts of the Japan equity and Global team.
Reporting to the PMs of Japan funds, the successful candidate is expected to contribute to team, company and Group goals.

必要スキル
●バイサイドあるいはセルサイドでのアナリスト経験3年以上（クレジットアナリスト含む）
●ビジネス英語力
●四大卒以上
●Strong academic background,degree from major university plus MBA or equivalent;ideally CFA
●3-5 years professional experience in financial analysis within an asset management firm,on the sell-side or buy-side, in corporate finance, private equity, credit analysis or possibly also in strategic consultancy
●Demonstrable skill in company analysis (operational, financial, management)
●Understanding and willingness to adopt our ""quality growth"" investment approach
●Languages; excellent English is essential, ideally also good Japanese
●Experience outside japan is an advantage
●Independent,inquisitive, self-motivated person with excellent communication and teamwork skills
