Position Title: IQOS Development Manager/District Commercial Manager
Organization Unit / Department: Sales
●Purpose of this position
Lead, motivate and direct our smoking device development team to achieve the defined business objectives through deployment of the community development and consumer engagement programs that are relevant to the District.
●Accountability
・Develop and Deploy our smoking device Business Development Strategy - Fully understand our business objectives and strategies, and cascade them down to District level.
・Communication and Collaboration with internal stakeholders
・Consumer Engagement Planning- Based on District BP/OWATTS, develop effective District CE strategy and review/approve the unit CE plans.
・Community Development and B2B Development- Maintain relationship with existing key communities (Welcome Place, Seminar, TP, etc.) - Build and expand relationship with external key stakeholders for new opportunities of Welcome Place, Seminar, TP, etc.
・Resource Management- Obtain and allocate financial, material and human resources to activities required for our smoking device Development plans.- Manage the budget allocated for the team.""
・Organization Development- In cooperation with HR and RGM, recruit the best candidates for the positions in our smoking device Development team.- Maximize the team’s and individual performance by setting clear objectives, assessing, coaching, giving feedback and provide necessary training.- Address performance issues promptly.- Identify talents in the team and ensure development of the individuals

●Requirements
・Bachelor’s degree
・English(Toeic800) TOEIC800
・ Minimum 5+ years of previous experience in Sales and entrepreneurial projects where their project management and internal consulting skills have been demonstrated
