Client Service (CS) team in Trading Services Dept.is responsible for providing FIX related services to institutional clients using our electronic trading platform, as well as to internal sales traders.
The role includes designing and implementing FIX based solutions, ensuring that processes around trader and client set-up are effective, working on managing institutional client expectations effectively, maintaining a smooth communication between internal trading desk and Client Services team. The role also includes managing and controlling vendor costs. Both equities and futures products are in scope.

【担当業務、責務　The primary responsibility of this position】
・Low-touch / Zero-touch client coverage
・FIX Client Onboarding and Establish FIX connectivity with our/client network team.
・Managing FIX Algo specifications, ATDL files and integration of ALGO suite with the client/vendor

【必須要件】
・Strong written and verbal communication capabilities in Japanese (native) and English (fluent).
・Strong analytical and problem solving skills

【あれば尚可】
・Strong knowledge and practical experience with FIX protocol
・Business knowledge of equities or futures broker business
・Working knowledge of Japanese and Asian securities markets and structure
・Knowledge of MS Access and Excel
