仕事内容
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Day to day communication with local clients such as for client inquiries, requests etc.,on Global Custody, Offshore fund services and other Securities Services business applicable in Japan.
2. Handle day to day client matters by coordinating with relevant colleagues especially with local and regional relationship managers, operation in Singapore.
3. Maintain and develop client relationship with Trust banks, asset managers and other relevant entities for GC and Offshore fund services business, especially operation departments.
4. Proactively participate in business promotion discussions and activities representing client service function.

必要スキル
Work-based competencies required :
1. 5+ years of relevant experience within Global Custody in Japan and offshore fund services.
2. Strong qualitative Japanese client management, client communication and human skills.
3. Broad and deep knowledge about Global Custody, Offshore fund services, the Industries and the markets.
4. Strong Teamwork and Leadership skills.
5. Fluent in Japanese and English.
Behavioral competencies required:
1. Accurate and patient management skills of day to day operational matters on Global Custody and offshore fund services business procedure.
2. Polite and matured way to communciate clients.
3. Positive outlook, Teamwork spirit
