仕事内容
1.Independently manage the planning, organization, execution and monitoring of the project cycle, and be responsible for the whole project and the customers;
2.Independently lead the team to complete the delivery of large-scale system projects according to the project scope and plan;
3.Keep good communication with customers and partners to improve customer satisfaction;
4.Effective leadership and management of the team, create a team atmosphere, good at identifying and solving problems;
5.Optimize resources and control costs.

必要スキル
1.Bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years software and Internet related working experience, at least 3 Years Project Management Experience;
2.Have a good understanding of Software lifecycle and r & d process;
3.Excellent communication and coordination and problem-solving skills, good sense of teamwork, rich experience in team building;
4.Have high sense of responsibility, can work under pressure;
5.Insurance Industry Experience preferred;
6.Good Command of English or Japanese.
