大手不動産会社の鑑定部門での鑑定評価書（英文）作成業務全般
●Valuation of various types of asset classes acting as lead appraiser on such assignments.
●Complete and issue Valuation Reports at Company’s global and Japanese best practice standards in both Japanese and English
●Coordination with outside third-party valuation partner companies.
●Work as a team player and assist Director of Valuation & Advisory and team to continually review and produce formats and processes that align with Company’s field global best practice.
●Use and implementation of Argus and File Maker, as required, for assignments.
●Support preparation of marketing materials and proposals in both Japanese and English for prospective clients.
●Participate in regular Valuation & Advisory team meetings and company-wide meetings as required.
●Attend client and prospective client meetings and presentations as required.
●Assist Director of Valuation & Advisory and team to achieve Annual Operating Plan
targets and objectives.
●Learn about existing Company’s services platform and cross-sell services to
existing and prospective clients as possible.

●Communicate well and effectively work jointly with other Business Units on client
requirements. Valuation & Advisory will often work closely with Investment Sales and
Asset Management not only for Valuation assignments but also to support business
generation in those business lines.

●Participate in professional advancement and training activities to advance personal
knowledge and continue to grow in role as also supported and requested by the Company.

●大学卒以上
●不動産鑑定士資格
●英文で不動産鑑定評価書を作成できる英語力
