人事採用、タレントマネジメントマネージャーとして以下の業務を推進

【業務内容】
To realize our new strategic goals, the role defines and implements a Talent Acquisition strategy to ensure we attract, select and recruit the capabilities necessary to deliver the business strategy, now and in the future. Working closely with the HR Business Partners to identify the workforce plan and create a coherent plan to secure the future workforce. The role is also expected to cover broader scope of entire talent management processes （not only for hiring part）, which is responsible for talent related projects and/or initiatives defined along with global HR strategy to enhance our organizational capabilities.

●Key Accountabilities
1：Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.
2：Manage sourcing, recruiting, selection and offer processes including internal job posting processes.
3：Manage and engage strategic TA partners and agencies including RPO （Recruitment Process Outsourcing）, striving for more effective and efficient hiring process.
4：With Global Reward Planning ＆ Talent Management Lead and HR Business Partners, advise on strategies to execute on Workforce Plan.
　- Work with HR Leadership Team to determine appropriate use of non-permanent staff, advising on which contractual arrangements best suit certain skill sets and provide a competitive advantage. Develop robust budgets and cost models to achieve the results our requires.
5：Lead or participate in talent related global/local projects （and/or initiatives） which are defined along with global HR strategy, closely working with HR Leadership team.

【必須（MUST）】
・Bachelor’s degree
・5＋ years of experience in HR
・3＋ years of talent acquisition experience or similar HR role
・2＋ years of experience in talent management area is preferred
・3＋ years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry
・Project Management experience
・Working in a global environment
・Business level proficiency in Japanese and English
・Comprehensive knowledge of sourcing, selection and talent acquisition including strategies and programs.
