・既存のアプリケーションを解析し、Webのアプリケーションへ移行するための要件と仕様を定義する
・仕様についてビジネスに提案し、合意をとり、システムの設計および開発を行う
・グローバルに規定されたCredit ITシステムのアーキテクチャに沿う形で、高度なソフトウェアデザインとプログラミングを行う
・既存のCreditシステムへのL3レベルサポート

要件やプロジェクトの概要をもとに、自ら積極的に詳細や不明点を明らかにし、追求する姿勢を持っていることが理想的です。IT内の有識者やトレーダーと直接、効果的かつ協力的なコミュニケーションをとり続ける必要があり、そのためには小さいながらも成果を常に出し続けることが求められます。

・Analysis of existing applications as well as Definition of requirements and specification for the migration to web applications.
・Will interface with user and clients. Making proposals and reaching to agreement with help from IT managers.
・Expected to be responsible for the high level software design and lead the programming in line with globally defined system architecture and development methodologies.
・Provide L3 support related to the Credit Business.

Successful candidate should proactively work on clarifications and attention to details to requirements and project outline. We are expected to communicate effectively and collaboratively with IT experts and traders in order to constantly deliver results.

●Mandatory
・Node.js/React/TypeScript/WebSocketに関する専門的スキルと設計・開発経験
・Reactを使ったRealtime Web applicationの開発実績
・Javaを用いたサーバーサイドプロセスのメンテナンススキル
・オンサイトでの開発経験
・オブジェクト指向の設計と開発
・全てのプロジェクトライフサイクル (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, version control等)を経験していること

・Expert level in development & software design with Node.js/React/TypeScript/WebSocket
・A outstanding track record of development of front end real time web application by using React
・Maintenance skill for back end java applications
・Experience of on-site software development
・Object Oriented design and development
・Experience of all software project life-cycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, version control, etc)

●Preferred
・SolaceやTibcoなどのメッセージングテクノロジーを用いた経験
・テストドリブンな考え方とプラクティス
・アジャイルなプロセスとプラクティスの経験
・リアルタイムなフロントオフィストレーディングシステムに関する
・Fixed Incomeビジネスに関する知識（社債やクレジットデリバティブに関するもの尚可）
・日本語（ビジネスレベル）、英語（ビジネスレベル）

・Messaging technologies such as Solace/Tibco
・Strong test-driven mentality and practice.
・Agile Processes & Practices.
・Real time front-office trading system knowledge
・Knowledge of Fixed Income Business & Products (corporate bonds and credit derivative is a plus)
・Business level English and Japanese
