●ROLE DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE

・Co-work with Operations member to set up operational process following Global Target Operating Model, communicate with internal and external parties to support new fund/mandate operation building without error and delay and provide accurate services to clients.

●KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Client reporting-

・Review of valuation of holdings and security characteristic data in global system and request global team to amend incorrect information or provide missing information.
Preparation of documents required legally
・Review of client reporting data provided by global team
・Review of client reports created by BPO vendor
・Process building and improvement
・Daily investment operation

・Reconciliation of holdings and cash between global system vs Custody/local accounting system
・Back-up of trade support and handling of other daily routine (preparation of fund data, review of valuation price, etc)
・Support routine tasks for SLA clients (preparation of offshore fund calendar, review of fees, trouble shooting)
・Monthly review of T-STAR security master (country, credit rating, industrial sector, etc)

●ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
・5yr.+ experience in asset management company
●ESSENTIAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES (TECHNICAL / BEHAVIOURAL / LEADERSHIP)

・Good knowledge of financial products/schimes and local rules/operational processes
・Knowledge of investment advisory and investment trust fund
・Good communication skills both in Japanese and English
・Team player, proactive thinking
・System : T-STAR, GX-Light, Bloomberg
