Transform IT infrastructure and application operations, the company will consider to integrate with ITSM tools and other operation-related tools, make maximum use of AI and automation functions. And the company will work together with the company Global/Japan’s sales and solution teams to generate new demands
(1) Consideration automation and optimization in IT operation by using the operation tools : the company will comprehensively participate in and lead the planning, design, and construction of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Ansible automation tools.
(2) Transparent current operation status and create a ground design as TOBE in IT operation: Visualizes operational issues and problems from the perspectives of People, Process, and Technology, considers solutions, and takes a comprehensive approach. the company supports the development and provision of total solutions such as SecOps, with an awareness of collaboration with security operations.

Required skills
・Leadership: Able to set and share visions and goals to resolve customer issues, and navigate related stakeholders for not only customers but also the company associates.
・Communication skills: Able to communicate appropriately (written and verbal) with customers and related stakeholders within the company.
・Diversity: Having an inclusive mindset and being able to collaborate with professionals with different languages, cultures, and specializations.

Nice to Have skills
・Those who are interested in some kind of assessment framework, resiliency development using global security standards that understand ITIL, and those with security audit experience.
・Those who have experience in integrating tools and implementing automation functions using ServiceNow.
・Those who have experience in implementing automation tools Ansible and configuration management CMDB
・Regarding English skill
