仕事内容
IT Infrastructure Manager (Windows Team Lead) is responsible to implement, maintain and manage Windows Infrastructure services and solutions of AXA Direct Japan, and is also responsible to execute “Move to Cloud” infrastructure strategic transformation.
Move to Cloud
・ Implement and migrate IT infrastructure to Cloud environment
・ Collaborate with colleagues in different teams to execute “Move to Cloud”
Responsible Widows Infrastructure both of external (customer facing) and internal
・ Design, implement and maintain Windows Infrastructure
・ Deliver infrastructure services and solutions by 24x7
Manage Windows Infrastructure staff members and vendors
・ Manage around 3 engineering staff members
・ Manage vendors who provide engineering services
Project management
・ Propose and manage Windows Infrastructure projects
・ Manage infrastructure upgrades and changes to meet business goals
Production Support
・ Provide engineering support on Production Windows infrastructure
・ Collaborate with Operations and Security teams for production support
Implement process and procedures
・ Implement process and procedures to maintain Windows environment operational and efficient including technology refresh
Technology lead
・ Manage Windows Technology Identification and Build
・ Key member of IT Architecture Committee

必要スキル
●Technical requirements
・Extensive working knowledge of Windows (Windows Server OS, Hyper-V, Active Directory and other Windows functions)
・At least five years of people management experience
・Hands on experience in Windows, VMWare, IIS, SQL Server, Active Directory and Servers Hardware
・Experience working with AWS or any dynamically scalable Cloud environments. Especially ""Move from On-prem to Cloud"" experience
・Experience managing high availability systems and scalable infrastructure
・Experience managing IT projects
・Highly sensitive on IT security matters
・HCI, IT Hardware and Data Center environments
・AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, WAF, CloudWatch etc)
・Operating Systems (Linux, iOS, Android), Network (CISCO, Firewall etc), Data Base (Oracle etc), Middleware (ESB, Weblogic etc) - preferable
・Experience or knowledge on Agile and DevOps solutions - preferable

・Bachelor’s degree
