【職務内容】
●Creation of Forecast / Mid-term Strategic Plan
The Strategic Plan is a comprehensive internal document that details qualitatively and quantitatively the company’s objectives and the tactics to achieve them.
　- Develop roadmaps, establish milestones, and track the progress
　- Build the structure of the document
　- Coordinate the process with all divisions and ensure consistency for each component (Topline / Loss / Expense / investment result and earnings)
　- Synthetize and analyze inputs from all divisions
　- Variance analyses with Actual, previous years, previous forecasts

●Reporting the monthly business result and relevant KPIs
　- Collect necessary data from related department and draft the monthly report
　- Set up business KPIs and monitor them to track the business progress.
　- Smooth Communication with Group (PBRC, BSID and Asian Market)

●Monitor accounting and tax team
　- Monitor the JGAAP accounting and tax team
　- Ensure the deadlines and deliverables
　- Coordinate the work of the team, identify areas of improvement and launch initiatives to increase the productivity of the team

●Carrying out ad-hoc studies essential for the company’s advancement
The scope of studies includes:
　- Investigation of specific topics on an ad-hoc basis: communicate with relevant stakeholders to gather information, analyze the inputs, draft reports providing a clear assessment and recommendations, etc.
　- Efficiency of Operation related work (DO & Claims)
　- Ad-hoc presentations: innovation-related topics, etc.

【応募資格】
●Qualifications (incl. Education)
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Economics / Management / Business

●Technical skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good organizational skills (planning, coordination, and so on)
- JGAAP and IFRS knowledge

●Behavioral skills
- Flexible, agile mind
- Proactive, wanting to handle a challenge, with entrepreneurial spirit
- Good communication skills, straight to the point
- Logical mindset, organized
- Ability to work in transversal teams and also autonomously

●Language skills
- Japanese: spoken & written (mandatory)

●Experience(must)
- Experience of FP&A (mandatory)
- Experience in Insurance industry (In insurance company or audit firm auditing insurance companies)
