仕事内容
The department is engaged in consulting and sales activities for customers in the financial sector, including megabanks, regional banks and credit card companies. As the financial industry’s DX drive expands its business domain, the department is looking for a new salesperson to join the team.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Sales planning and promotion of consulting and system development for the financial industry.
Lead proposal activities for customers’ DX promotion, strategy planning and system integration.
Define customer issues and solutions (hypotheses) on your own and work with customers to resolve issues.
Plan and implement coverage for system and user departments.
Negotiate contractual aspects with the customer as a sales representative.

必要スキル
●Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience in a consulting firm (2-3 years or more)
Experience of working in an IT company (sales, SE 2-3 years or more)
Experience in planning work in a company (management planning, IT planning, office planning, etc.) (2-3+ years)
●Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Knowledge of business, operations and systems in the financial industry and services.
Business experience, skills, and knowledge in an IT company.
Information gathering, documentation and communication in English.
Experience in a consulting firm (2-3 years or more)
Experience of working in an IT company (sales, SE 2-3 years or more)
Experience in planning work in a company (management planning, IT planning, office planning, etc.) (2-3+ years)
