About the department:
We work on providing end to end IT and IoT solutions to customer for their engineering & manufacturing digital transformation

About the project:
This Project is Related to digital transformation of the PLM system. Customer is using a legacy system and willing to adopt to next gen PLM system. The key focus is fit to standard

1. As a PLM Solution Architect understand the Functional and Technical requirement and document those requirement
2. Work closely with customer team to define high level To Be system view and Roadmap for Digital transformation
3. Provide Technical solution recommendations for business requirements
4. Support for High level and low level design definition and PoC creation
6. Work Closely with Customer, Local and global team for stablish clear communication flow
7. Support development team for implementation

Required skills:
1. Minimum 5+ experience as Solution Architect
2. Able to understand the Engineering, Manufacturing and PLM terminology
3. Functional knowledge of Engineering or Manufacturing business process
4. Experience in one of the global PLM tool like, Teamcenter, 3DExperience, etc.
5. Experience working in PLM Consultation and Implementation project
6. Basic knowledge of SDLC process like Agile, Waterfall, etc.
7. Bilingual (English and Japanese) for speaking and writing.
8. Fluency in basic Microsoft office applications

Nice-to-have skills:
1. Experience in Digital engineering or Manufacturing consulting
2. PLM customization or basic programming skills
3.Working in global environment with multiple stakeholders from various geography
4. Experience in Digital Transformation definition and implementation
