Site Reliability Engineer（SRE）として、当社が運営するモバイルメッセンジャーアプリケーションにおける有料コンテンツの機能および、当社が提供する各種サービスと当該アプリの連携機能を担っていただきます。

【主な業務内容】
・プロダクトマネージャーや開発者と協業し、技術的な問題をソフトウェアエンジニアリングによって発見・解決
・ユーザーの期待に応え、ビジネス目標を達成するために、アプリケーションやミドルウェアのパフォーマンスと可用性を制御
・コストと可用性のバランスを取るキャパシティプランニング
・オペレーションの自動化によってエンジニアリングリソースを最大化し、ヒューマンエラーを抑制
・障害の予防や早期発見、原因究明のためのオブサーバビリティを維持・向上
・プロダクトの開発リリースサイクル全体（設計・実装・運用・計測・改善）への参加によって信頼性を向上
・以上を実現するためのチームでの環境構築・運用と継続的な改善

・Collaborate with product managers and developers to identify and resolve technical issues through software engineering.
・Manage application and middleware performance and availability to ensure user satisfaction and business success.
・Effectively conduct capacity planning to strike a balance between cost and system availability.
・Maintain and improve observability to support the prevention, early detection, and root cause analysis of system outages.
・Enhance reliability by engaging in the entire product development lifecycle including design, implementation, operation, measurement, and refinement.
・Build and maintain a team environment and pursue continuous improvement to achieve the above objectives, focusing on environment setup, operations, and service optimization.

【必要な経験/スキル】
・コンピュータ・サイエンスの知識（例：標準的なアルゴリズムやデータ構造、OS、ネットワーク、データベース）
・Linux/Unixでの開発・運用経験
・なんらかのプログラミング言語（例：Java、Kotlin、Python、Go）によるWebサービスやモバイルアプリの開発・運用経験
・Immutable infrastructureおよびKubernetesのコンセプトの知識
・SREプラクティスに関する知識（例： Observability、SLO、Error Budget、Infrastructure as Code、Release engineering）
・高可用性や高スループットを達成するためのアーキテクチャ設計の知識
・日本語か英語のいずれかによるコミュニケーション能力

・Understanding of computer science concepts: e.g. standard data structures and algorithms, OS, networking, data storage.
・Linux/Unix development environment experience.
・Web service or mobile application development experience using any language: e.g. Java, Kotlin, Python, Go.
・Kubernetes and immutable infrastructure.
・SRE practices: e.g. Observability, SLO, Error Budget, Infrastructure as Code, Release Engineering.
・High availability and high throughput architecture and design.
・Communication ability in Japanese or English

・Java/Kotlin、Spring Frameworkを用いたWebサービスやモバイルアプリの開発・運用経験
・AnsibleやTerraformを利用したInfrastructure as Codeの経験
・Prometheus、Grafanaを利用したダッシュボードの作成経験
・障害訓練やカオスエンジニアリングの経験
・CDNを活用したコンテンツ配信の経験
・インシデントレスポンスに関する知識
・Launch coordination engineering（ローンチ調整エンジニアリング）の知識
・オープンソースソフトウェアの開発経験やコミュニティ参加の経験
・データ駆動・イシュー駆動で課題を解決する姿勢のある方
・日本語と英語の両方を学ぼうとする姿勢のある方

・Web service or mobile application development experience with Java or Kotlin and Spring Framework.
・Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible.
・Monitoring dashboard creation using Prometheus and Grafana.
・Chaos engineering and/or fire drill scenario experience.
・Knowledge of content delivery using CDN.
・Incident response.
・Launch coordination engineering.
・Open source software development and community involvement.
・Motivation to participate in issue-driven or data-driven problem solving.
・Motivation to learn both Japanese and English.
