ファンド経理・会社経理
1 Accounting and tax for corporate and fund coordinating with the outside accounting firm=> TC and TCM every month and all Funds quarterly
2 FP&A maintenance/preparation => monthly
3 EGG IFRS consolidation=> PJ base
4 Go paperless all documentation- 稟議書 etc => PJ base
5 IRBD material preparation/other support=> all Funds quarterly
6 Payments preparation for TC, TCM and Funds => monthly (approx. 50+items per month)
7 Cash management monitoring => daily
8 Board/shareholder’s meeting admin support => ad-hoc/quarterly and annually
9 Audit management with KPMG support => TC/TCM/Fund => annually plus interim audit,
10 Double hatted to legal/compliance => statutory filing etc.. => ad hoc

必要スキル

公認会計士、USCPA資格保有者ないしは同等の職務経験
英語力（ビジネスレベル）
