＜Position Summary＞
This position will report to Japan CFO and manages the team of around 25 to 35
people including 3 direct reports

＜Key Responsibilities＞
1) Manage and lead Client Accounting Services department which provides
Accounting/Administration services to both internal and external clients
2) Supervision and review of work performed by direct reports as well as all staff members
3) Provide accurate and timely reports to both internal and external clients for Fund, SPC, and Property as well as others.
4) Ensure placement of most cost efficient internal controls and compliance without impairing quality of output
5) Work closely with Business Lines to provide accounting and administrative supports for clients
6) Lead and work with other departments to improve processes including, but not limited to business processes, systems, communication, etc.
7) Carry out ad-hoc projects / multi tasks as required
8) Work with CFO/other Business Line leaders to expand the clients /revenue of those groups.
9) Maintain Customer relations

1) BA in Finance and/or Accounting or MBA.
2) Fund and SPC accounting experience
3) US-CPA, J-CPA or Licensed Tax is preferred
4) Working experience at Real Estate Industry/Audit/Tax Firm/Financial Institution is preferred
5) Minimum 10 years of business experience in Finance/Accounting/client management and at least 5 years of experience in management of staffs.
6) Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
7) Must be hands-on and proactive and self-starter
8) Ability to think logically and perform with an entrepreneurial mind
9) Strong management and communication skills to drive change, motivate and influence the team
10) Native Japanese with Business level English is a must
