You will play a vital role in ensuring seamless international roaming services for our customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, monitoring, and resolving issues related to international roaming services to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction. Your typical day will be network auditing, change management and change implementation, SLA management, L1 support, advanced troubleshooting, VIP complaints handling.

●Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day operation and support of international roaming services, including voice, data, and messagin
Monitor and troubleshoot roaming-related incidents to identify the root cause and ensure swift and effective resolution
Perform regular technical analysis to ensure the optimization and quality of international roaming services
Collaborate with internal teams, roaming partners, and vendors to resolve escalated technical issues and implement corrective actions
Conduct testing and verification of new roaming agreements and configurations to ensure they meet regulatory and service requirements
Generate reports, analyse roaming service KPIs, and contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures
Manage international roaming operations team and provide 1st line support for all Network related issues
Change implementation
Support escalation of international roaming, A2P SMS, Data and international voice issues
Handle communications with Sponsored Roaming Partner and international interconnects for SMS, Data, and Voice
Develop and manage Roaming and International Carrier products
Build knowledge and manage daily operation activities to high efficiency
Collaborate with Roaming Partners and internal stakeholders to identify issue and fixes for inbound / outbound live roaming incidents within the agreed service SLA
Be part of a 24/7 shift rotation pool

●Mandatory
2+ years of experience in international roaming and interconnects engineering
2+ years of experience in mobile core network operations2+ years of experience in mobile core network operations
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
Deep understanding of roaming related protocols and technologies such as SS7, Diameter, GTP, MAP, SIP, and IP-based protocols
Strong technical knowledge of 2G, 3G, LTE, VoLTE network, including core network elements and architecture
Experience with monitoring tools, troubleshooting techniques, and performance analysis
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Able to communicate clearly and concisely in English
Configuration implementation experience

●Preferable
Familiarity with roaming hub operations, agreements, and interconnection processes
Proficient in using industry-standard tools for analysing roaming-related KPIs and metrics
Familiarity with trace reading and troubleshooting
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards related to international roaming services
Professional certifications such as CCNA, CKA, OpenStack COA is advantageous
Knowledge of GSMA standard and IREG test cases
