再生可能エネルギー事業会社でのAfter Sales Engineerの求人

・Technical responsible in the after sales phase
・Own technical expertise or obtaining technical expertise inhouse or from 3rd party
conduct meetings on site with customer/ O&M / technical consultants/ own site management or Subcontractors
・Specify repair works in RfQ with support of Engineering Department and obtain Subcontractor quotations
・Steer and control repair work
・Following the steps of action: 1) Analysis of issue, identify root course and possible action; 2) Decide on steps with After Sales PM; 3) Follow up actions with technical experts and subcontractors ; 4) close the issue and check repair work

太陽光発電所のお客様への設計施工完了後のアフターフォローに関する業務全般をご対応いただきます。

1）問題の分析、損傷原因の評価、法的評価、緊急性、顧客との接触を図る
2）社内関係部門との検討をリードし、設計施工瑕疵判定と問題解決策の起案、内部承認を得る
3）施工会社、サプライヤーと連携し、現場対応の調整を図る
4）対応の進捗管理及び問題を解決し、顧客へ報告

●社内関連部門との連携業務
- 対策仕様原価見積、予算承認、管理会計へのレポート
- 問題の解決に必要なすべての機能を調整（技術、工事部、法律、購買、仕入先）し、補修交換と物流を整理する
- 注文書発行および請求書承認を含む管理
- サプライヤーおよび請負業者の保証管理

●Required Skill
・Japanese: necessary, English: Conversational level
・Driver’s license: Necessary
・Ability for self-organization and to steer subcontractors, reliability
・Fexibility to travel in Japan

●Prefered Experience
・Preferred previous working experiences with PV power plants, but not required
・One of the following: Civil or Electrical engineer or similar experiance
・Minimum 5 years of experience in after sales

●最低限必要な経験・資格
・普通自動車免許
・日本語は必須、英語は会話レベル以上
・土木、電気エンジニア、又はその他電気系のご経験がある方
・全国出張に行ける方

●できれば必要な経験・資格
・ソーラープラントでの実務経験、またはアフターサービスにおける最低5年の実務経験
