仕事内容

Providing legal services mainly for the market-related activities (securities business (fixed income), derivatives, asset management, etc.), as well as for whole-sale banking business (conventional loan, project finance, trade finance, etc.). (Vetting agreements, checking transaction structures, due diligence for new products, etc.)

必要スキル

●EXPERIENCE
≪Must≫

- Five years or more experience as a legal adviser/counsel in a financial institution and/or law firm.
- Bar qualification(s) in Japan and/or in other country/countries.

≪Nice to have≫
- Exposure to Financial Instruments and Exchange Law and ISDA documentation.
　
●SKILLS
≪Must≫
- Strong Japanese and English language skills to draft, vet and negotiate legal documents.
- Not only issue spotting but also practical problem solving abilities.
- Expertise in Japanese law at the graduate level of Japanese university law department or Japanese law school.
