Responsible for critical HR services to the Mutual Fund businesses in Japan and utilize HR strategy supporting CEO to establish high performance organization team. To provide a high generalist HR services (including recruitment, compensation & bonus performance reviews and HR development planning). Working closely with Senior Management Team (SMT) in respect of employee relations issues and provide regular feedback. Regionally report to Head of HR, HK HQ with building outstanding relationship and networking.
●Making HR strategy along with the business plan and establish the hiring/ budgeting plan
●Manage the payroll administration for Funds Business office in Japan
●Managing of employee records and files
●Creating and check all new employment contracts to ensure internal equity in benefits provided
●Facilitate all inbound and outbound relocations
●Help PCA Human Resources to ensure compliance with local labor laws
●Manage the annual compensation and performance management reviews
●Manage participation in local salary surveys and ensure accurate Japan Fund business compensation data is provided before deadlines each year
●Maintain records and assist with the Leadership Development Plan (LDP) process and follow up to ensure the plans and timelines established in LDP are carried out
●Develop and organize suitable training courses either by himself/herself or by utilizing outside
services to educate staff on the HR related subjects such as effective appraisal interview and coaching.
●Assist and execute the termination with the creating such package
●Establish and manage relationships with local human resources agents to meet the recruiting requirements at all levels.
●Liaise between CEO and reporting Directors
●Significant professional experience and a track record of success with one or more leading foreign companies.
●Outstanding strategic planning and problem solving capabilities.
