仕事内容
1) Creating comprehensive test plans for ADAS systems, outlining the specific test cases and test scenarios to validate the functionality.
2) Conducting real-world and simulated tests to evaluate the performance of ADAS features such as Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Lane Keep Assist (LKA), Automatic Emergency Braking (AEM), and more.
3) Identifying and diagnosing problems or defects in ADAS systems, working with the development team to resolve issues, and ensuring that the systems meet safety and performance standards.
4) Ensuring that ADAS systems comply with regulatory requirements and safety standards and providing documentation for regulatory approvals.
5) Developing and utilizing automated testing tools and frameworks to increase efficiency and consistency in ADAS validation.
6) Working closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, hardware engineers, product managers, and customers to improve and refine ADAS features.
7) Creating detailed reports and documentation of test results, issues, and recommendations for improvements.
8) Staying updated on the latest advancements in ADAS technology and industry trends to maintain the highest level of expertise in the field.

1) Must understand automotive systems, components, and architectures.
2) Must have experience of creating comprehensive test plans, including design test cases, defining test scenes, and setting up environments that replicates real world driving condition for any of the following ADAS applications.
- LKAS (Lane Keep Assist System)
- EPS (Electronic Power Steering)
- ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control)
- AEB (Automatic Emergency Braking)
- PMPD (Pedal Misapplication Prevention Device)
- ESC (Electronic Stability Control)
- ABS (Anti-lock Brake System)
- TC (Traction Control)
- EPB (Electronic Parking Brake)
3) Must have experience in conducting real-world validation tests, handling instruments, monitoring sensors and parameter tuning on HIL systems and real vehicle.
4) Must have experience of using test automation tools like dSPACE Control Desk/Automation Desk/Motion Desk/Model Desk/Configuration Desk
5) and frameworks to effectively execute and manage large-scale validation test.
6) Must have experience in scripting in languages like Python, CAPL, MATLAB M-scripting.
7) Must have knowledge of CAN (Controller Area Network) protocol.
8) Must have experience of using Vector CANoe and INCA MDA tool for CAN data measurement, analysis, diagnosis, and visualization.
9) Must have knowledge of simulations software and tools like CARSIM.
10) Should understand HIL systems to test ADAS features using simulated or emulated hardware components in controlled environment.
11) Should have ability to collect, analyze and interpret CAN data from validation tests.
Languages:
・Japanese: Business or higher level
・English: Business or higher level

1) Should understand safety and regulatory standards such as ISO26262, European regulations like UN-R79, UN-R13H, UN-R140 & UN-R152 and should be able to design tests that demonstrate compliance.

3) Should be proficient in creating detailed test reports, documenting test results, and providing clear feedback to development team.
4) Should have dedication to ensure quality and reliability of ADAS systems including identifying and reporting defects and collaborating on improvements.
5) Should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6) Should demonstrate effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
7) Should have ability and willingness to stay updated on the latest ADAS technologies and industry trends as well as adapt to evolving regulatory requirements
