仕事内容
・Coordination of addition / removal / relocation of LAN / FC wiring, PBX / Telephony to head offices, branches, and data centers
・Performs numbering for the fixed IP address requested by the user
・Operation of new external connection network using leased line, InternetVPN, INS line, etc. with other companies
・Checking Port Status
・Investigate the cause of network-related problems that occur in business, take measures to solve them, and present future measures.
・Coordination with vendors and users when help arrives from PM in network-related projects
・Coordination with customer’s offshore NOC and the teams
・Supporting network project
・Team Management
・Reporting to customer and our company managers
