本チームではプロジェクトを通して、クライアントに顧客中心に考える文化を醸成するとともに、プロダクトにかかわるビジネスやテクノロジ、運用チームも顧客にとっての価値やその提供プロセスをデザインします。また、デザインしたアウトプットをアジャイルチームとともに実現していきます。

●About the position:
Our Tokyo office is searching for a UI/UX Designer with at least five years of experience. Someone that has worked with larger enterprises or consulting environments as part of multidisciplinary agile project teams and has some UX experience.

The ability to work comfortably in agile delivery teams with developers and strategic/conceptual design teams when moving between both environments would be beneficial.

●Position activities:
・Take on UI Design projects from beginning to end, starting with the visual design concept for an application, defining design systems, and then creating aesthetically intriguing and easy-to-follow screen designs with low cognitive load.
・Coach and support less experienced UI/UX designers during projects and review their output.
・Participate in exploratory user research activities, including stakeholder interviews
・Support co-creation and Design Thinking workshops, especially prototyping sessions. Document activities and follow-up with deliverables, such as design concepts, visual prototypes, and design principles.
・Organize and plan creative and empathetic UI/UX testing sessions.
・Post-workshop, you will embark on design development journeys that can last just a few weeks or multiple months, depending on the project. You will work with your UX and Service Design colleagues to create engaging and inspiring designs and collaborate with us and client SMEs and our offshore design and development teams

【必須条件】
・5年以上のWebサイト (PC・スマートフォン) のデザイン実務経験
・モバイルアプリケーション(iOS・Android) のデザイン実務経験
・デザインガイド・デザインシステムの作成経験
・Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / XDの操作
・デザインの意図の言語化
・日本語ネイティブレベル、ビジネス英語コミュニケーションレベルが必要

・At least 5 years of experience in website (PC/Smartphone) design
・Experience in mobile application (iOS, Android) design
・Experience creating design guides and design systems
・Operation of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / XD
・Verbalization of design intent Native level Japanese language and Business Communication level English language

・HTML5・CSS3・JavaScriptなどのコーディング経験
・アプリ開発におけるエンジニアとの協業経験
・英語を使った業務経験
