＜Your key responsibilities＞
You will report into a Technology Sourcing Leader and be responsible for leading procurement projects and activities, sourcing execution and effective stakeholder engagement in assignments.

Individuals must be self-starters and be able to deliver value for the organization.

The role of the Technology Sourcing Senior Associate may include:
・Execute end-to-end strategic sourcing activities in accordance with our Procurement policy and provide excellence throughout the process analyzing information, delivering sourcing strategies, identifying requirements and opportunities, negotiating terms and conditions, and contracting products and/or services;
・Work with Technology related stakeholders and business leaders to continuously identify opportunities for the organization within the category;
・Be an advocate of the Procurement policy and relevant processes to facilitate more efficient and effective methods of getting value for money;
・Adherence to and incorporate our Procurement policy and processes, including collaboration with Legal (GCO), Risk Management, IT, other Procurement categories as appropriate;
・Coordinate, gather, develop, and share subject matter expertise through the various channels;
・Drive an inclusive and sustainable sourcing mindset to build a better working world;
・Complete procurement diagnostic of supplier spend in nominated our country/countries. Including tail spend, and identifying better ways to facilitate sourcing activities;
・Produce recommendations/options (while identifying associated benefits e.g. commercial, product/service value, risk mitigation and insights) for an efficient long-term procurement support model, capturing procurement and supplier spend management activities;
・Provides structured management and accurate progress reporting during regular meetings;
・Minimize contractual risks to our firm and manage supplier relationships according to our Procurement and Independence policies;
・Act as a trusted business advisor to our stakeholders, aligning procurement projects with the business’ pipeline and providing Exceptional Customer Services while delivering both brand and quantitative value to the bottom line through cost savings and cost avoidance.

＜Skills and attributes for success＞
・Experience with stakeholder management with the ability to collaboratively co-develop strategies and set and manage expectations.
・Experience with negotiating contracts related to software licensing & rationalization, cloud based solutions and professional services
・Experience with negotiating contracts globally.
・Experience of managing complex service agreements both from the commercial and service delivery side
・Experience of working in a Procurement Services team in a complex and global environment
・Experience working in an IT role as part of delivering technology solutions is a plus
・Strong influencing and networking skills as the organization relies on working in cross functional teams across borders
・Good knowledge of the IT vendors and new technologies is important to successfully work with our teams
・Up to date with all issues in the services space including Outsourcing, Infrastructure as a Service and offshoring
・Strong communication skills required; must have the ability communicate in English effectively, transparently, and timely across multiple mediums (email, voice, IM, etc) in a global environment

・The ability to independently manage and prioritize workload

＜Ideally, you’ll also be＞
Degree educated with:
・4 years experience in a strategic sourcing role
・Alternatively, technology or business operations experience may be considered in lieu of some, or potentially all, of the sourcing experience for the right candidate.
・Experience negotiating for multiple Service delivery models (Platform as a Service, Software as a Service, Infrastructure as a Service, etc)
・Experience of stakeholder management in their current or previous role
Certification Requirements:
・CPSM qualification or equivalent desired
