1. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on environmental, social, and governance issues relevant to the industry. Analyse data to identify trends and assess the potential impact on the organization.

3. Strategy Development: Collaborate with us and Gensen leadership to develop ESG strategies aligned with the organization’s goals. Create policies and initiatives that promote sustainable practices, diversity and inclusion, and ethical governance.

・English fluency: Proficiency in reading and writing, and clearly speak and make presentation to the stakeholders. Studied in abroad should be a plus.

Microsoft Excel proficiency: Being able to manage/manipulate large data using functions
and formulas, produce charts, graphs, and tables, create reports, etc.

Professional background: Worked at consulting, or accounting/tax professional firms is a plus. Having experiences in ESG planning, human resources, office administration, or business planning of operating companies preferably in real estate or hospitality industry.
