仕事内容

【Hiring Department】
Provides IT solution services for End User Computing, Digital Workplace and Digital Service Desk

【Project Overview】
Executive (VIP) Support Technician Work; we are developing services for this customer globally and has a well-developed support system.

【Job Descriptions】
・Multitask support for 70+ executives and their support teams
・Supporting PCs, network, printers, Skype/Teams and VMR meeting, moblie, iPad and Apple watch, MDM, VTC(including nights and weekends)
・upgrade/update of PCs and mobile
・training and documentation for new systems,
・place orders for wireless devices
・creation and monitor tickets from cradle to grave for faster resolution(ServiceNow)
・need to be have proper mannerism, clean cut and properly dressed

必要スキル

【Must】
・Experience with above devices and systems.
・Highly advanced business English communication skills and native Japanese language level is required
